Butcher Assistant Job on Offer

Powderham Farm Shop are advertising for a butchery assistant

May interest some of our younger members, probably need to be 16+ or almost 16 due to the equipment they will be using though.

This is a Saturday and School holiday vacancy approx. 14 hours per week working in our busy butchery at Powderham Farm shop in Kenton.

This is initially a Saturday job with extra hours during school/college holidays assisting our two busy butchers. Your duties will include mincing meat, making burgers, cleaning down and learning all about health and safety, best practice and much more. You should be smart, happy to work in a customer facing environment, practical and keen to learn. Immediate start. Uniform, training, and staff discount go with this job.
